nc state has a leaky nuclear reactor

NCSU has a leaky nuclear reactor. What has that to do with mold illness? One simple fact: NCSU does not maintain their facilities plain and simple. If they can't change an air filter before it breaks the hvac system, how in the world are they going to repair a leaking nuclear reactor?
