This is an air handler leaks on ceiling at eb2 above the door to room 1230. It is kind of funny how the air handlers in this building keep failing. I can count at least 4 air handlers that have leaked that I have personally seen and I am sure there is more. This building cost the taxpayers $42,000,0000 and is only 4 years old. If the air handlers have been defective from day one then how on earth did the building ever pass inspection??? Water + porus surfaces = mold growth.
